HOW OUR STORY BEGAN

The story of Heradita actually began while Fatih Emiroğlu was in college. While studying architecture, he was also thinking about how he could take his family's olive oil business, which his grandfather had been running for years in his hometown of Edremit-Ayvalık, to the next level. After graduation, he gained experience at various institutions and then opened his own office to continue his architecture activities. During this time, he lost his beloved grandfather. This prompted him to decide to take the family business to the next level, both to carry on his grandfather's precious legacy and to pursue his own passion for olives.

Going back even further, our story is not new at all. The roots of the Heradita family go back four generations. Our ancestors started processing the high-quality olives they collected from our olive groves in the Edremit Gulf years ago.

In short, from the moment Fatih Emiroğlu began to consider the transition to professionalism, he shared this idea with his dear friend İlker Demirel. And when the time came, they worked together to turn this business into an international brand with "Heradita" olive oils. From now on, our team's only goal is to professionally take on this legacy from the past and make sure it reaches its deserved value, and share it with our dear friends like you.
